The food is lovely & we've been customers for many years. But tonight part of our takeaway order was missing (no pancakes for the duck), they sent some out but it took over 35 mins to get here (we live about 5 mins away) by which time all the food was cold! So straight in the bin it went. No refund or resupply of fresh duck with pancakes. Very disappointed.
