This is to the manager of Eat Well . I have been using your takeaway for about 7 months now and im sorry to say that I will not be using you again as this has been the second week running I have been 'huffed and puffed' at when placing my order. I find this very rude as you are offering a service and you clearly have no customer care skills at all. I wonder how many others have had this over the phone ?? If you are the owner or manager of Eat Well Takeaway, or even just a loyal customer, there's a lot you can do to help promote it. The easiest of these is simply providing as much information as you can about the takeaway, but we also have options available to let you verify ownership and promote Eat Well.
