Terrible customer service on the telephone and complete silence from Head Office after writing to complain. Despite the fact that Firezza had delivered just a matter of weeks before, I called one evening to find that my postcode was not 'in the system'. I asked more about this system but to no avail. The manager was incredibly rude. It seemed that as a non-customer on this occasion, he could speak to me anyway he chose. It's a pity because the FIrezza menu is good and the quality generally high. But gourmet compet•tors are multiplying and customer service will be the differentiator - why spend money (or attempt to spend money) with a business that can't even extend common courtesy? Epic fail.

Hard pizza place to review. This is because the pizza and food is excellent but the customer service is terrible, much worse than ANY other pizza place in the near area.

Tried ordering a meal during their pizza tuesday offers, took 2 phone calls and 2 hours

ordered on line (and had ordered once before). nothing came. rang to be told that "it was on our reject pile". It turns out that we were now too far away unless the order was >£25. No notification was given whatsoever. they offered nothing to compensate (ie my bloody pizza) and were, frankly, rubbish.
