Tonight I went in to order a takeaway I eventually gave my order through constant telephone orders nobody told me the wait time as if they had said it would be over an hour I would have gone somewhere else! After 30 mins I tried asking but staff ignored me which didn't go down very well. Then after an hour when I demanded a refund they produced the food and when I asked them why don't they say there is a wait they didn't even apologise. Not impressed with their customer service at all. I will not be going back there

After being a customer of some 20 years the new owner cheats people by allowing the cook to deliver mixed meats with noodles in gravy which should consist of prawns, king oprawns, beef, chicken and pork with veg and noodes in a nice gravy. Delivered this week that dish minus the port, beef and only 2 prawns and 1 pieve f chicken and then only offers £2 next purchase. No way will I accept that. Be happy Mr. New Owner with the £2 you have made cause I will never purchase from you again. Very poor customer service from the new owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will not go a long way
