I regularly purchase food here, the Singspore noodles are good, as is the beef in black bean, the rice dishes... Not had a bad meal and weve been eating from here around once every couple of months for several years. The food is hot, fresh and tasty, made promptly and the staff have never been rude to me....

Upon entering this establishment I was immediately hit with the abrasive rudeness of the young gentleman behind the counter, demanding that I place an order and if I don't have cash to go elsewhere.

Taken aback by his rudeness I wanted to leave but his insistence for me to place an order was such that I was left with little choice but to follow his incessant demands.
Once I had shakingly placed my order of which was listed in in the menu as "chicken chow mein" I was commanded to wait silently as he left to the back kitchen to prepare the food.
After what seemed like an eternity (turned out to be only 40 minutes) he carelessly chucked the "food" down and snatched the cash from my now trembling hands.
I was glad to leave and finally got home, to open the food and find what resembled a chicken chow mein but tasted what only can be described as cat food, sprinkled with the pure unadulterated hate. This meal was so disgusting I immediately vomited, the smell of sick luckily helping to mask the smell of the food.

I will never go there again and advise all others to reconsider such a hellish place. I don't wish my experience on my worst enemy.

They don't accept cash (I'm not trying to be picky but this is 2011 and many of the orders will come above £10) and the man working at the service counter although speaking excellent English was incredibly condescending and rude about me trying to pay on card.

The quality of the food was appalling, absolutely flavourless, I ordered Szechuan beef and it was by far the worst I have ever had. The rice had more flavour than the rest of the dish (and that isn't saying much). The texture of the beef was frankly disgusting, almost like soft rubber.

On the whole dissatisfying and there are far better takeaways in the area (any of them!).
