After using this place for four years I have to say I'm disgusted at their at•tude and loyalty to their customers. The Lady seving short changed me a fiver and last week delivered mouldy poppadoms with my meal. Obviously having got half way into the meal and then discovering thick blue/grey fur on the poppadums put a very quick end to my wife's and I meal. On complaining the Lady offered me a full refund £38.00. I said don't worry just put it on record and when I next order we'll take the next order FREE. I ring tonight to find she has revoked my FREE order and refuses to give any kind of refund on my meal. She then repeatedley hung up on us. I used to eat from this place on average once a week and spent on average £30 - 45 each order. Now over a four year period that is a lot of money, obviously not enough for these guys. These people especially the Lady there don't care about customers or loyalty. The food has been going down hill for a while now but this is the final straw. Mould on poppadums is quite frankly disgusting, the fact this mould was on poppadums over a week old as admitted by the Lady, 8 days to be precise is again against environmental health policy. I will be reporting them for health issues and if you do decide to order from these people Shaad Indian Winchester make sure you count your change as the Lady is notorious for short changing loyal customers. Oh and check your food for mould.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKE AWAY!!!!

One of the best - if not the best - Indian takeaways in Winchester. The food is cooked in front of you, it's always fresh, and always has delicious distinct flavours.
