These guys only get Poor-Fair because there isn't anything worse! They had clearly forgotten our order and when we phoned they claimed it didn't 'come through' properly. Whatever that actually means. Despite being able to actually read the order to us fully. To cap it off, they told us it would still be 45 minutes from when we phoned. That's after we had waited an hour. So that's 4 customers you lost in one go. Very well done indeed.

Got the wrong order and no refund

My friends came round who are regular users of Speedy Gonzales Take Away and they say the food from there is really nice so we decided to order from them. We ordered two speedy kebabs a 12 inch pizza and a mixed kebab and it came to just above £30 which i thought they would be over the moon with. They took our order and then decided to ring us back 5 minutes later when they had decided to ask for a £10 deposit which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the menu which to me i found to be an insult to either myself or the area i live in. Guess they just didnt want the custom.
