1st Mar '13: Report,
We've ordered from The Spicebox on a few occasions and the food has always been fast and good, however, on this trip we ordered the food for delivery... After waiting for 1:15 I called to find out if it would arrive soon only to be told that it had been sitting there for a while and would be sent out right away... Left and Forgotten by any chance??? Anyway, to make matters worst, I had asked if I could have a little masala sauce to have with the mixed grill (which tend to be a little dry) and said that I would be happy to pay it... Turns out that they charged me the same price as the full chicken tikka masala dish (c. £7.00) for a couple of spoonfuls of sauce without any chicken!!!! How can you justify that? If you can't sell the sauce individually then have decency to tell me, if it was going to cost the same I would have preferred the chicken and extra sauce. Bad night? Not sure but won't be going back in a hurry :o(
