After years of regularly ordering from Wok Inn and dealing with pleasant service there, I was astounded by tonight's order. I made my order and was given a quote. After putting the phone down and working out a different quote I rang back to query this, they had put down half duck when in fact we wanted quarter. But instead of simply amending this error, we were told that we had to pay for the half duck as the chef had already started to cook it and we could keep it in the fridge and eat it tomorrow! What happened to keeping the customer happy and the customer is always right? They can be sure that they've lost our custom, particularly our large annual Christmas eve order. There are plenty of other average Chinese restaurants in this area who are more clued up on customer service, in my opinion!

Fab food, I truely recommend it. The staff are always very nice and the food is always delivered piping hot. Brilliant.
