on arrival at the restaurant we were given a choice of seats. as we had 3 people in our group complimentary poppadoms and pickle tray were brought out as we read the menu. the starters were great a very generous portion of 2 very large sheek kebabs for around three pounds. cold water in a bottle was placed on the table and constantly supplied when low, it was also a hot night and the waiter brought a separate glass filled with ice cubes to keep the water cool. the main meal came and every dish looked different ( have been to some places where they weren't) over all the food was excellent and the bill came to 42 pounds and they even gave us free kulfi to finish with. nice to see hot towels and not the disposable ones in plastic packs. as the starter had finished us off we asked to take the rest home where a new tub of salad was placed in the bag. I found the staff friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely terrible food, terrible service. Took 2 and a half hours to turn up. When it turned up food was cold and portions were tiny...I wouldn't bother.

Very reasonably priced (three of us had starters, main and desert for £45 last night), friendly, the food is absolutely great. It's a little crowded sometimes, but that's because it's just so popular. It doesn't serve alcohol, but they're perfectly happy for you to bring your own. They'll even bring you a corkscrew. Ace.
